Canadian Blend - FIFA Mobile League

Today we say goodbye to former league title holder Wyse after playing 46 tournaments with Canadian Blend. Wyse has decided to retire from the league and the game while in 4th place and we wish him well. Hopefully we can find a worthy team to take his place in the Champions League. So long Wyse! 😢

Season Two is in the books and we say goodbye to long-time member canucks, who to be quite honest has been weaseling his way out of relegation battles since the beginning and needed the boot! 👢 Congrat's to our top 10 teams who will now compete in a league championship for the title. I may use the league championship as our new Champions League tournament rather than an exclusive LvL which punishes the other 22 players more than it rewards the top 10. Extra congrat's to our top 3 players jeff_69 🥇, Marcos 🥈 & Sherv 🥉 who were also our top 3 last season in a different order. I was able to squeak into the top 5 alongside our new 'Rookie of the Season' Kochtin who's looking very promising. Watch out for them in the Champions League!

jeff_69 was the only team on the pitch as they defeated an absent Wyse 26-0 in our latest league championship. jeff_69 also currently leads the LvL tournament table! Congrat's! 🏆🏃

After drawing at the top of the table with 387 goals a piece, Sherv and jeff_69 agreed to a best of three 1 on 1 match in which the following hilarity ensued! Great work from you both this season!

Well, season one of our new format is in the books. I've had some positive feedback about the table changes and I'm liking this new season style. It's been an awesome season with record breaking numbers like Sherv's 61 goals in a single LvL and our collective 794 scored against the same opposition. We say goodbye to donyll, samicr7 and susmit9gmaco who were completely absent the entire season. Don't mind losing players like that! We've already added 3 new promising players in Kochtin (100), mumby (98) and xerxes (98). Because the league's back to a full 32 members again I may forgo the Champions League LvL tournament and opt to go straight into season two. The exclusive CL matches are a great concept, but I hate to have to leave 22 other teams out of the LvL. Would love some feedback on that please. Now listen to this... Hey, guys - some important updates to go over... New Table Format & League Model The League Table has been simplified to make it easier to manage and understand. We will now run on seasons lasting 10 LvL tournaments at the end of which one player will be relegated. Seasons will be capped by a Champions League tournament at which point the table is reset. You can now also see how you performed in each tournament of the current season. The Newcomers Table has also been removed. Please see the new league summary and rules here . Revised Blog I've scrapped the Champions League, League Championship and The Shot Wall pages as they were either underused or simply redundant. As always, feel free to give me your input, good or bad!
